MDC OTAR

Selects the protocol that is used when the radio transmits the MDC OTAR (Over-The-Air-Rekeying) Rekey Request. A data transmission is sent to the dispatcher’s Key Management Controller (KMC) console requesting OTAR rekeying of the radio.
